What a year 2023 has been!

Hello to everyone new to my website. Who uses websites still? Good question… i’m not entirely sure. For those that have stumbled across my work or are thinking of hiring me for something, let me quickly reflect on what has been a brilliant year.

It started at a new years gig in Plymouth, lovely gig by the way in a funky wine bar. There has been many standup gigs this year. Performing at and in no particular order The Comedy Store, Glee club, Nice N Spiky Comedy, Epic Comedy, first time playing the Frog n Bucket, Comedy Carnival, The Backyard, Winchester Theatre Royal and many more. I got to perform in Singapore and Belgium for good measure too.

Presenting has kept me busy, with continued work with F1 in schools. Two nationals finals and the most incredible World Final in Singapore, the first 100% in final one for several years. The work they do and the competitors is truely inspiring. I also started the Main Straight podcast with F1 in schools which is growing in support and popularity. Staying on the theme of STEM I hosted another Finals for IET First LEGO League in Harrogate. Amazing event and so cool.

A new presenting role saw me working for Track Tv for F1. I worked at Silverstone and the Singapore Grand Prixs. A unforgettable experience and one I will cherish. Fingers crossed they have me back for next seasons race calendar!

If that wasn’t enough, I also moved back to the BBC after a long absence, to present a Wednesday night Sports show on BBC Radio Solent and a Southampton FC podcast called Saints and Sinners. You’ll be glad to know i’ve just finished all my training, Impartiality was my favourite if you’re asking.

Here’s to next year and all the fun jobs I might get to do.
